To your health and happiness,

  1. Yummy! I am excited about this series! We have been doing SO good- eating 100% plant based at home. But, the salads tend to get BORING! So I can't wait for some fresh ideas!

  2. I have had a hard time fully committing to eat this way (old bad habits I default to), and some of the food I have read on other sites or in vegan cookbooks either expensive with ingredients you can only find in health food stores, etc -- but your recipes are so different and sound great and I could easily make with what I have. They also appeal to the foodie in me and inspire me all over again to fully commit to this way of eating. THANKS!

    1. You're welcome! I wouldn't do it either, if I couldn't keep it simple. It has to be something I can throw together without investing loads of time or money. We have enough stress in our lives without making meals a challenge, too.
