  2. Hailey, I like your blog because it's like sitting down with a friend and chatting about health. With the things you share from info to foods you've made, it's like sitting across the table from you sharing morsels of great information!

I'd love to see you continue sharing new foods or recipes you've tried-even if they weren't that great! Sometimes even when we try a recipie and it's not so tasty, it helps others to tweak it when they make it!

Keep up the great work on the blog, I look forward to reading along with my subscription dropped into my mail box! I'm also a new follower!

  3. I love getting the posts via email from Kitchen to Health! Your tips and articles are keeping me focus during this holiday season. I lost 65 pounds this year following the Eat to Live program. And I so need as much strength to get through these festive parties and potlucks.

Your articles are so helpful especially the one where you wrote "Success or Failure". That hit me right on the spot!

Keep up your good work and I, too, look forward to your posts!

  4. I really like that you give information on how to remain plant-based with hints on substitutions and easy to fix snacks.

I'd like to see the recipes reflect what part or parts of the recipe can be made ahead. I often run out of time and steam at the end of the day, and if there are some parts of a great dinner that can be ready to put together quickly waiting for me, I'm more likely to have a nutritious meal! Thanks for providing another voice to help me stay committed to plant-based eating!
